  KATA 3-PCS forging steel ball valve are designed in 3 pc split body side entry structure,the valve body materials are adopted forged carbon steel?alloy steel and stainless steel etc.,the trims are adopted forged steel,sealing material including PTFE?RPTFE?PCTFE?NYLON?DEVLON?PEEK?etc.,valve seat with elastic plastic sealing structure design.the gasket material made in PTFE&Graphite can be used in working fire or low temperature condition.Bolt connection body and cap.Valve stem flyout prevention structure design, to prevent accident due to flyout of valve stem caused by abnormal pressurization in the chamber.A locking device is provided to prevent misoperation of valve.Full bore of valve convenient for pigging,of small flow resistance and high flow capacity.
