Key Clamp Fittings

Key Clamp fittings are manufactured from Malleable Iron to BS EN 1562 or Ductile Iron to BS EN 1563.

Key Clamp fittings can be used for a multitude of uses, the more typical uses being safety barriers and handrailing systems, but on the flip side they are also used for furniture, sculptures, frameworks, greenhouses, play parks, trolley bays, multi gyms, pull up bars, and more.

All of our fittings require no welding, drilling or special tools, simply use a hexagon (allen) key to tighten the special setscrews that cut/grip into the tube. Each fitting will support an axial load of up to 900 kg when tightened to a torque of 39Nm using a torque wrench.

The castings are Hot dip Galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461 as standard. We also powdercoat them to your requirements at an additional cost, just call us for a quotation.
