ZD-C800A Folder is designed for automatic garment folding, which is popularly used for uniform and medical garment for doctors, nurses, and patients. High quality pneumatic and mechanic system leads to the easy operation.

(1)Digital computer system with PLC and accurate sensors, which controls the folding procedure for excellent result and stable movement progress.

(2)The Folder is with semi-automatic and full automatic twin modes. In semi-automatic mode, the operator shall load the garment manually, and the folding progress will be finished by the machine automatically. And the full automatic mode is run with “Flexible Hanger” which can be folded and release the garment on the loading station automatically.

In both modes, the folder can recognized the different length of the garment and choose the right folding modes automatically, operator does not need set any program

on the control panel.
