Gas shielded welding Torch, a welding torch for melting polar gas protection. The nozzle 1 of the torch is insulated with ceramic, which is not easy to burn at high temperature; gooseneck bracket 3 overall resistance is low, the current flows through the heat less, the built-in high efficiency heat exchanger 302 gives full play to the cooling effect of the protective gas; the conductive nozzle 2 front end of the ceramic cover 202 can prevent the conductive nozzle 2 by the ARC direct radiation, the temperature is too high; wire feeding hose 5 front end is softer, can prevent the wire excessive bending to cause the wire instability.

These changes make the torch less heat, cooling and strengthening, not easily damaged under high temperature. This kind of torch is especially suitable for CO2 welding with large current or argon-rich welding conditions.
