1. Product information

Gel Clot LAL Reagent multiple-test vial is the LAL reagent using the LAL gel clot assay to detect endotoxin or pyrogen. This is the most commonly used In Vitro method of endotoxin detection. The gel-clot test for endotoxin is simple and do not require an expensive instrument.

We provide gel clot LAL reagent in 0.5ml, 1.7ml, 2.2ml and 5.2ml per vial. Using Water for BET to rehydrate the LAL reagent, transfer 0.1ml LAL reagent to a pyrogen free (endotoxin free) glass test tube. Adding 0.1ml test sample and incubated the test tube at 37 ºC water bath or dry heat incubator for 60 minutes. A firm gel indicates positive reagent.

Limulus amebocyte lysate test kit (gel clot endotoxin assay kit) includes the Control Standard Endotoxin and LAL reagent water is also available.
