Composition

GLZ-D series low temperature high speed centrifugal spray dryers is mainly by the heater, hot air distributor, centrifugal nozzle, drying room, cyclone and electrical cabinet control, dust collector and other components.

Centrifugal nozzle: it also includes a spray plate, gear pump and so on.

Drying room: the outer cylinder body, the skeleton and the inner tube and other components, the remaining space is filled with fine glass wool for insulation.

Working Principle
The filtered liquid is fed into a high-speed centrifugal atomization disk, and then, under the action of centrifugal force, the material is stretched into a film and is constantly moving toward the edge, and finally atomized into droplets in contact with hot air for heat exchange , So as to achieve the purpose of drying.
