v. Thermal Performance:Maintains its structural capacity and mechanical performance between -40oC~70 oC

v. Tensile property: polyester wire has low elongation comparing to nylon line, can be easily tensioned in short time, and once they are tension, the wire will maintain its original tension status without having to retension.

v. High intensity: Black polyester wire has over 980N knot strength, transparent color wire has over 730N, which be able to resist the damaging impact of external adverse weather (such as fresh gale to whole gale).

v. Anti-UV stability: Adding lots of anti-UV ingredients to make the line has a very long life. The outdoor tests in more than 30 months showed that the tensile strength of transparent color polyester wire decreased less than 3%, the black one have much less decrease, which means that polyester wire in greenhouse conditions (glass, plastic, etc.) and outdoor conditions will have a long service life.

v. Permanent smoothness: Non-hygroscopic feature make it retain smoothness surface without any burr after years of use. The polyester wire don’t abrasion the branches and leaves and fruit of grape, which play a positive role in protecting the supported visor curtain and avoid the abrasion to the visor curtain.
