This product is with butyl rubber, polyolefin, petroleum resin, such as synthetic polymer resin as the main material, add a variety of additives and non-toxic no solvent and no pollution, belonging to environmental protection type hot melt adhesive products. The product is mainly used for automobile and motorcycle headlight, taillight parts assembly and molding, can also be used to seal the sealing parts and fixed, the product has good resistance to high and low temperature performance, the waterproof superior performance, high adhesive strength, resistance to aging performance features.

Temperature resistance energy: -20~85

Three, use and attention

This product with the use of professional hot melt adhesive machine, recommended temperature 170-190 degrees, under constant temperature will colloid construction and the surface of the workpiece and and other substrates in a short time compound, to be cooled and solidified later produced bond strength. The use of the temperature should not exceed 220 degrees, long time work may reduce the intrinsic properties of the colloid, thus affecting the bonding effect.

This product is a non dangerous goods, 25 kg Kraft carton lined with waterproof film bag packaging;

Store in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature baking.
