  • High reliability design, components selection, topology, protection system, anti-interference measures, fully dynamical experiment ensure high reliability.

  • Main circuit design, symmetric layout reduce loss and EMI effectively.

  • Choosing fully floating, low forward conducting voltage drop thyristors, reduce thyristor loss, increase system efficiency and save energy.

  • Pulse transformer adopts high frequency magnetic core, using high frequency pulse group triggering and strong triggering to ensure thyristors consistent triggering.

Control mode
Setting, display and operation of rectifier is realized locally or remotely.
Local control

  • Start, stop, current/voltage regulation, output current, voltage display, fault alarm etc. Equipped with analog or digital voltmeter and ampere meter.

  • Local operation: main circuit ON button, main circuit OFF button, local/remote control switch, constant current/voltage switch, emergency stop button.

  • Local alarm: water pressure, overload, thyristor overheat etc. with audible-visual alarm.

  • Local display: DC output voltmeter, ampere meter.

  • Local setting: reference value setting.

Remote control

  • Remote setting: current reference value signal (4-20mA or 0-10V signal)

  • Remote operation: output enabling signal.

  • Remote display: DC output voltmeter(4-20mA or 0-10V signal), DC output ampere meter.

Protection function

  • When the rectifier works under constant current, it has overvoltage protection also with protection value 110% of rated output DC voltage(adjustable).

  • When the rectifier works under constant voltage, it has overcurrent protection also with protection value 110% of rated output DC current(adjustable).

  • Cooling water pressure protection: when water inlet pressure is lower than setting value, the rectifier alarms.

  • Thyristor overheat protection: when thyristor is overheat, the rectifier alarms.

  • When overload(overvoltage, overcurrent), thyristor overheat and water inlet pressure protections happen, the rectifier will alarm and be stopped operation automatically.
