High Density Drive-in and Drive-through Pallet Racking Storage System
The drive-in and drive-through pallet racking is the optimal storage system for storing homogeneous products that
are very large quantities of each item. It’s unique structure allows forklift to drive into the racks. The system
consists of continuous rows of upright frames, the frames connected by braces and with back bracing and top bracing
to keep system stably. And each loading aisle has a plank of shelf rails on both sides, on which the pallets are placed
and can be adjustable with different height level. The depth of the single side drive-in racking which is against the wall
should not be more than 6 pallet locations, and that of double side drive-in should be less than 12 pallet positions so as
to ensure the loading work efficiency of forklifts and stability of the system.Drive-in racking come to pick and deposit
pallets from one side only. But Drive through racking is able to offer extra access channel that load and unload pallet in
independent from both sides.The storage system is widely used in the field of beverage, tobacco, chemical industry,
household appliances, clothes industry etc. and also be welcome by cold storage.
Feature of Drive-through Pallet Racking:
1, Both mode of “First In First Out”and “First In Last Out” are available.
2, Should be equipped with back brace, top cross brace, rower spacer such parts to stabilize the racking system.
3, By using visible upright protector which enhanced the security of storage.
