1. Description

Chemistry:

WNT - SM Sulfonated Melamine-Formaldehyde Resin Superplasticizer is a White Powder having packaging details of 20/25kg/bag. Concrete High-range Water-reducer SM (Sulfonated Melamine-formaldehyde Resin) is a polymer electrolyte, SM is the best one of existing concrete admixture in comprehensive properties.

Characteristic:

WNT SM superplasticizer main characteristics include: with white colour, high water reducing effect,non-air-entarained type, low Cl ion content to avoid steel-bars corrosion, and good adjustability to different cement. The early strength and impermeability are obviously increased after use this product. And it further shows better construction properity, water–retention and steam curing adeptability. This product is in line with the national standard GB8076-2008 for concrete superplasticizer index.

It has a excellent compatibility for Aluminous Cement. It metallurgical industry SM is often used as major admixture for refractory concrete, included castables and field mixes.

2. Fields of Application

High strength motar, Gypsum products, Self-leveling floor,Filler,Grouts etc;

High strength concrete ,High fluidity concrete,High endurance concrete, Aluminate cement refractory concrete, Low cement refractory castable, steam curing concrete;

It can be used as brightened agent for colorful cement blocks and concrete precast.

4.Usage/ Storage/ Transport

Usage:

Keep the product away from eyes,mouth and skin carefully during use.Protective gloves and glasses are recommended. Rinse out with plenty of water after accidentally touched.

Storage:

The powder form absorb moisture easily.It should be stored in its unopenedpackaging,please be store dry at usual ambient temperature and protect from excessive heat.(below 40?).Don't stack up too high.

Transport:

Handle with care to avoid breakage when moving. Keep from moisture when transporting. This product is non-toxic,non-irritating,no-combustible.

Shelf Life:

1 year for powder form,

6 months for liquid form.

(The liquid form product should be used up as soon as possible after opened package. )
