After high precision turning processing,the products enter the vertical milling center for final forming. In the end ,the perfect bright color surface appears after the horizontal CNC lathe high-speed machining, at this point ,a forged aluminum wheel is basically completed. The workshop has special inspection checkpoint supervising the forging process to make sure the forged wheels are in high quality.
