Application

It is automatic hot foil stamping machine for stamping on periphery of round items. Users can do it on different material of product.It can be plastic, metal and so on.
Machine owns a loading system with a rotating plate for organizing and feeding the items, also a safety system attached.While in stamping, this rotating plate cover opened, stop rotating only, but stamping is still working.While in stamping, door of operation room opens, stop stamping only, but this rotating plate is still running util it is full of item.All these make higher efficiency and safety.
Application: cap, tube, bottle lid, closures etc.

1. With programmable logic controller and touch screen display.
2. Automatic loading and unloading.
3. Hot dryer for heating item before stamping.
4. Cap counting device is optional.
5. User can change toolings for different caps (optional).
6. Options and requirements are acceptable to be customized.
