WSK-80 High viscosity superfinie versatile bead mill is widely used in offset printing ink,screen printing ink,condensed ink,ultra-violet printing ink,gravure printing ink, rubber gravure printing ink,water-borne printing ink,paints etc.


Strong versatility, easy operation, Siemens PLC is used for control, analogous drawing and touch screen are available (optional).


Conic grinding and mixing tank provides the best grinding effect.


Self-cleaning, high-precision separating ring and grinding media with 0.8~2.5mm are acceptable.


Small processing area and closed grinding ensures the least pollution.


Grinding area made of special anti-wearing alloy material ensures long service life.


All imported high-precision bearings and double-acting mechanical sealing ensure service life and stability of equipment.


Internal circulated cooling/heating integrated system suiting temperature-sensitive materials (optional).
