Hot-Dip Galvanizing Mill For Steel Pipe Size Under 2 inch

Hot-dip galvanizing is a popular method for steel product galvanizing, so that zinc can be strongly adhered on pipe outside and inside. After galvanizing, steel pipes are not easy oxidized and can serve longer time.

Production flow chart from black steel pipe to galvanized pipe is as follows :

Raw material Black steel pipe

Length of Pipe: Usually 6 meters as pipe length, but according to buyer’s special need, we can make it 4 meters to 8 meters as Pipe length.

Galvanizing way: Hot Dipped Galvanizing

Zinc bath heating: Resistance heating or fuel heating

Note:

(1) For good use and maintance of Kettle, the speed should be set within 8000 kg/hr.

(2) On this case, the tube length is set as 6 meters per pipe.

(3) Above figures are based upon 100% full production.

(4) Dipping time is a big factor when heavy coating is required. But if take a very long time dipping, the production efficency will be effected. Under the same working condition, zinc coating is depends on dipping time and steel chemical composition.
