Features

•    Innovative servo self-adjusting dyeing nozzle; the server computer automatically adjusts the gap of the jet  according fabrics of different weight, convenient to reach the appropriate nozzle pressure, effectively improving the spraying quality to fabric surface, while avoiding easy clogging as that of those outdated fixed nozzles;

•    Equipped with automatic fuzz removing device, no need to clean the filter, which ensures constant flow of dye liquor through the filter;

•    First dye barrel: with curved and fast feeding capabilities, can rapidly inject to the inlet of the horizontal circulation system, fully diluted in the vat, with overflow salt adding function;

•    Preparatory vat:  equipped with heating system, feeding system, circulation system, water inflow, vat dye liquor incoming control and interconnection of the main vat and dye barrel, etc.;

•    Equipped with Turkey fabric end detection devices; computerized lap time setting can automatically trace the running speed of the fabric. Synchronization of lap time of each tube ensures no speed difference among them.

•    Dual water inlet and dual water outlet as standard configuration; equipped with dynamic fast drainage system, efficiently saving time for water circulation;

•    The newly designed vertical main pump and compact pipelines further reduce the liquor ratio, and reduce the rotation speed to extend the mechanical seal life;

•    Built-in automatic cleaning system;

•    Low vat body, no worktable design, more convenient operation;
