1. How long of the warranty?

1 year warranty for quick-wear parts and 15 years for main steel structure. We promise at least 5-year’s spare parts supply.

2. 7. Where is your factory?

Jiangsu Parktec Parking Equipment Co., Ltd. Is located in State Economical and Technological Development Area of Nantong city, Jiangsu province. Which is alongside to the Yangze river and only 1.5 hours from Shanghai by car, gives convenient ligistic conditions.

3. Any measures to protect our benefit within the warranty?

We have the whole quality assurance policy to guarantee your benefit. Our product is insured by PICC (People's Insurance Company of China) which covers all over the world (except north America). 

4. What will be happen if power failure?

Most of our products are supported by dual feed electricity supply. Which means if one of the power source failure, system will switch to another power source automaticly or manually. For the vulnerable area, we suggest to prepare stand-by power source which follows product power requirements.
