KPR-2 RO Water Treatment Equipment

I. RO System Introduction

Reverse osmosis system is used to purify water and remove salts and other impurities from tap and brackish water. It is also capable of rejecting bacteria, sugars, proteins, particles, dyes, and other constituents. Based on using one stage Ro system, the second stage reverse osmosis purification offers a higher output water quality. The treated water is widely used in food and beverage, chemical, pharmacy and electronics ect.

III. Function Description of Main Parts

Quarts sand filter

getting rid of suspended impurities, visible materials, turbidity removal

Activated carbon filter

removing color, odor, and organic impurities

Anti-scaling dosing system

protecting Ro sytem from scaling formation

Guard filter

primary filter with 5µm membrane before RO system

Reverse osmosis system 

rejecting bacteria, sugars,    proteins, particles, dyes, and other constituents

Pressure protecting system

controlling safe operation of Ro system under high or low pressure

UV sterilizer

germicidal ultraviolet lamps that produce short wave radiation lethal to bacteria, viruses and other    microorganisms present in water

Micro filter

terminal filtration with 0.22µm microporous membrane

Chemical flushing system

cleaning and flushing for Ro system
