Pump Impeller

The impeller is a rotating component of a pump which transfers energy from the motor that drives the pump to the fluid being pumped by accelerating the fluid outwards from the center of rotation.


KSB Pump Impeller are available for the below models 

(1) OMEGA series

(2) CPK, CPKN, ZH;

(3) HG, HGC,CHTC, CHTD;

(4) NLT

(5) HPK(HPK-S, HPK-Y), HPH;

(6) MN, MF, KRTK;

Here are the specifications of the pump impeller

1)    Processing craft: casting

2)    Material: carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel

3)    Price:  vary from material, process, structure, machining requirements and surface treatment

4)    Casting medium: water glass/ silica sol /green sand/resin sand/lose foam casting

5)    Surface finishing :E-coated, phosphated, zinc plated, painting, etc. or as required

6)    Quality Assurance: 

A)   Visual inspection of surface. Porosities and blisters are not allowed

B)   Dimensional test acc. to production drawing

C)   Chemical analyses

D)   Mechanical properties in cast on test bar

7)    Delivery time: 1-3 weeks;

A)  Plywood case;

B)  According to customers requirement;

8)  Inspection:  Third party inspection is accepted at the cost of the buyer and inspection date should be booked at least 3 working days in advance.
