Faster ice Block Making but Lower power consumption
Aluminum evaporator is of 3 times higher heat exchange efficiency than other steel [SUS304, galvanized steel], so ice block can be completely frozen faster. In this way, it can produce more ice blocks with lower power consumption

Koller all DK series ice block machine can make ice block directly without via brine and any other pollution, so it can produce clean ice blocks even for human consumption.

Ice block making process
Add water into the ice moulds, turn on the ice block machine, after about 6 hours, turn off the ice block machine, wait for some minutes, as the ice block is still making with the remained coldness, then press the ice harvest button, the ice block will melt a little to separate from the ice moulds, then we can release the ice bed, all ice blocks will drop together

Payment 100% by T/T: 50% deposit and 50% balance to be paid before delivery
A. Installation for ice machine:
1). Installing by the user: we will test and install the machine before shipment, all necessary spare parts, operation manual and video are provided to guide the installation.
2). Installing by Koller engineers:
(1) We can send our engineer to assist the installation and provide technical support and train your workers. The end-user should provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineer.
(2) Before our engineers'arrival, the installation place, electricity, water and installation tools should be prepared. Meanwhile, we will provide you a Tool List with the machine when delivery.
(3) All spare parts are provided according to our standard. During installation period, any shortage of parts due to the actual installation site, the buyer is required to afford the cost, such as water pipes.
(4) 2~ 3 workers are required to assist the installation for big project.
(5) Any delay due to customer's reason, it will be charged from the 8th day, USD100/day for one person as installation fee. Free of charge for one week.
B. Warranty:
1) 12 months warranty after delivery.
2) Professional after-sales department to provide 24/7 technical support, all complaints should be replied within 24 hours.
3) Over 10 engineers available to service machinery overseas.
4) Free spare parts replacement within warranty period.
5) Beyond guarantee period, we will charge market price for spare parts.

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 35-45 working days after the deposit confirmed
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment 50% T/T in advance, 50% T/T balance before shippment.
Q: Tough you provide the manual and video with the machine, we all has no experience in this area, could you send an engineer to install it? And the cost?
A: If requested, we will send our engineer to guide the installation and train your staff how to operate. It is free of charge within some days which is depends on the capacity for your machine. Beyond the free days, we will charge $100 USD per day for one person as service fee. You only need to afford the round-trip tickets and visa fee for our engineer. Meanwhile, the accommodation and food at the installation space should be provided by you.
Q: All the suppliers said that their machine with high quality. How can you prove that?
A: 1) First of all, the component of our machine, most of them are imported with original packaging. For example, the Bitzer compressor is from Germany, PLC is Germany's Siemens (Specific analysis on the concrete machines)
