LARGE TAPER WIRE EDM MACHINE 

Our large taper wire cut edm machine have the optional of +/-15°, +/-30°. It has four axis linkage of X,Y,U,V.  

Due to the special angle cutting device, it can do the fantastic job. 

Large taper wire cut edm job is always the trouble for many person, especially the working piece is thick. The following measure is should be taken into consideration during working and programming. 

1.Increase the tension of the wire. 

2.Using special large diameter molybdenum wire.

3.Using special water jet board, which have reasonable design for water flow. 

Further more, the scrap cleaning is difficult when cutting large angle, so it is necessary to reduce the machine power, increase discharge interval, reduce the height of Z axis.
