Product features

Lattice-type ball mill used for the first in a two-stage grinding or request the discharge is thicker. Its main features as shown below:

1. the discharge speed, high productivity (20% higher than the overflow-30% saving 20%-30%)

2. crush light – low level discharge, storing less pulp, grated fine particles discharged.

3. ball--because of the lattice grid, not only big but also can be loaded balls. Good grinding conditions.

4. construct overflow--more complicated lattice gate, occupies space, reducing the effective volume.

Product principle

Grid ball mill discharge shaft with the hollow side cover, with bearings and exhaust lattices. Discharge grid up to the Center lining, plaid lining and dustpan liners and other components. Plaid lining on the holes are arranged in tilted, the width of the hole to discharge gradually expanded, you can prevent the back of pulp and coarse plug.
