Description:

This machine is new developed, apply to make thick notebooks. He can produce double different thickness notebooks at the same time and print four colors. The machine quality is stable and high efficiency. This machine utilizes advanced technology such as double computers control, photoelectric tracking, touch screen operation and water ink flexographic printing etc. The machines have hydraulic powered system and gas pressure devices. The water ink flexographic printing is environmental protection.

It features a matched combination of 11 processes from 2 Reel Unwind, High Speed 4/4 Flexographic Printing, Slitting, Counting, Paper Cover Inserting, Wire Stitching, Folding, Spine Pressing , Cross Cutting, Separate Cutting and Finished Notebook Collection. This production line is an ideal choice for the mass production of staple-bound notebooks.

This product is based on LD-1020 Fully Automatic Wire Staple Binding Exercise Book Production Line, which can use two rolls of paper at a time, greatly enhancing the production efficiency. Reel widths can vary between 370mm – 520mm which can lower paper costs by 20% compared to using the standard reel.
