TV Panel Module Assembly Line

Tv panel assembly line which is used for assembling tv module panel,conveyor types can be powered roller line,gravity roller line and belt conveyor line.

Panel conveyor roller line specifications as follows:

1.Conveyor Roller: 201sus sprocket roller(60mm dia,pitch150mm);

2.Lighting: T5 tube ,continual racking.

3.Frame:40*40*1.5T aluminum extrusion.

4.Guide rail:40*120*2.0T aluminum extrusion;

5.Leveling Feet: M12*80mm galvanized feet ,adjustable height ±30mm;

6.Galvanized : 40*80 galvanized wire slot,equipping with sockets in 2 seat with three holes.

7.Drive Part: 4 sections power,1HP 1:30 motor;

8.Material: 201 sus in 1.2mm thickness;
