Lift and Flip Quick Open Reactor

Laboratory Lift and Flip Quick Open Reactor is an ideal device for various chemical reactions with features of beautiful appearance, compact structure and convenient operation.

There’s fast-opening lid structure between the kettle body and kettle lid, for user to open kettle lid in short time. On the kettle lid there is manual rotation structure, which can rotate kettle body more than 120° angle to the horizontal direction, easy to clean residue inside kettle.

Main material	Contacting material inside kettle mainly use 0Cr18Ni9(304), 00Cr17Ni14Mo2(316L), 1Cr18Ni9Ti(321), also can be produced by titanium(TA2), nickel, zirconium, hastelloy etc, or lined with PTFE, PPL, PFA and Ni (Ni6) according to different requirements of reaction media.
Opening port of conventional kettle lid	Needle Valve on Gas Port and Liquid Port, Bottom Insert Tube for sampling or inlet use, Pipe Plug on Solid Charging Port, Platinum Resistance (PT100) on measuring Temperature Port, Pressure Gauge and Safety Device (Blasting Disc) on Security Blasting Port, and Inlet and Outlet of Cooling Coil inside the reactor with tap.
Controller Device	Equipped with automatic or programmed PID or PLC to achieve: Temperature display and control, accuracy ± 1 ? (or ±0.1 ?); Mixing Speed display and control; Pressure display and control; Level display and control; Flow display and control; Valve open/close control, etc.
Other Accessories	We can design and manufacture various reactors and lift styles as per customer’s request. If user have other special requirements on kettle cover, kettle body opening, internal structure, stirring paddle, and other supporting device, we can help customer to achieve their request, can also equip necessary instruments as request.
