High Pressure Storage Tank Introduction
The buffer tank is mainly used for the pressure fluctuation of the buffer system in various systems, which makes the system work more smoothly.The principle is realized by the compressed air in the compression tank, which is widely used in water supply equipment and central air conditioning system. The structure has two kinds of diaphragm type and air bag type. The former has been gradually out of the market because it is easy to rust.
Application
We produce motor transportation tank car, horizontal and vertical storage tank, and overhead tank made of stainless steel, carbon steel and pure aluminum.
Generally, according to different storage mediums, different materials are optional to manufacture storage tanks.
For corrosive liquid such as concentrated nitric acid, acetic acid, pure aluminum storage tank is optional;
For dilute nitric acid, stainless steel storage tank is optional;
For sulfuric acid, carbon steel storage tank is optional.
For special scale, we provide customized design and manufacturing.

Quality Control
1.The raw material plate was anlysised by our material analyzer to assure the quality.
2.The welding is argon arc weld (TIG) to avoid plate's oxidized.
4.After finishing the surface finish, our people will make a surface roughness testing to assure the Ra data.
5.After agitator installment, we will operate it to assure the function is good.
