Rongxin Silicone Technology Co.,Ltd addition platinum cure molding silicone rubber is a two component, which are easy to use platinum catalyst mixed 1A:1B or 10A:1B by weight and vulcanizes at room temperature.High transparent and rapid prototyping,it can be use in high precision mould design.They are recommended for evaluation as mold material for polyurethane resin casting,GRC ,epoxy,polyester and concrete molding,Superior manual mold design and food grade application,as well as for wax and many other materials.

Our Services

Mixing instruction:

Carefully weigh proper amounts of Parts A and B into a clean container. Mix thoroughly, scraping sides and bottom of the container.Faster if warm, slower if cold. The mix should be quickly placed over the model or in the mold. To ensure a bubble-free mold,deaerate the liquid rubber under vacuum at 28 to 29 inches of mercury until the mass of rubber rises and then collapses.Deaerate for additional 2 minutes.When vacuuming,use a mixing container 3 to 4 times larger than the mass of rubber.

Storage life:

12 months in unopened containers stored at roon temperature(15°C-35°C)

Safety:

Avoid contact with mucous membranes and eyes.Best method of cleanup is by wiping with disposable paper towels and washing with waterless hand cleaner,then soap and water.If solvents must be used,denatured ethyl alcohol is best,but should be handled with respect for health and flammability hazards.
