INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE :
1. To assemble
Set One-quart Phebotomy Container base on firm surface. Set lid on base ,lining up tabs with container label . Push lid firmly on base, ensuring that all four snaps are firmly engaged.
2. To mount in holder
Remove backing from adhesive mounted to bottom of Phlebotomy Holder .
Firmly press on surface where Phlebotomy Container is to be mounted. Set assembled Phlebotomy Container in holder .
3. To use
a. Do not force sharps into container .
b.Check fill level regularly. Replace Container when fill level is reached .
c.Keep lids closed when not in use.
4.Temporary and final Closure
Temporary :With tabs of lids pointed up,snap down sides of lids into slots.
Final:Before removing Phlobotomy Container from holder,close both lids for final disposal.
Firmly insert the two tabs into the slots to lock the lid closed, Press firmly ensure tab and sides are snapped.
5.Disposal
One-Quart Phlebotomy Containers may be autoclaved or incinerated
