The special seal structure formed by inert gases and mechanical seal can prevent the outside air from permeating through the inside of the centrifuge and prevent the inside gas from leaking to the outside environment. 
Mechanical seal consists of several seal packing ring, which isolates the inflammable and explosive gases inside the centrifuge and the outside air; injecting the inert gases into the seal packing ring, the gases permeate the inside and outside environment of the centrifuge through the narrow seal gap and the pressure of the inert gases injected is higher than the inside and outside environmental air pressure of the centrifuge.
