Overview

Magnetic separator is also been called magnetic concentrator, magnetic separating machine, magnetic separating equipment, magnetic mining machine, magnetic mining equipment, dry magnetic separator, wet magnetic separator, drum magnetic separator, magnetic drum separator, roller magnetic separator, ilmenite magnetic separator, iron magnetic separator, de-ironing machine, de-iron equipment.

The magnetic separator is used to separate the minerals which could be attracted by the magnet, such as magnetite separating, hematite upgrading, black sand processing, beach sand separating, ilmenite concentrating, chrome ore upgrading, and coal de-ironing.

The magnetic separator gets two series, wet magnetic separator and dry magnetic separator. And the wet magnetic separator gets three different types according to the feeding and separating method, they are: back flow magnetic separator, semi-back flow magnetic separator, down-flow magnetic separator. And normally, we use two or three step magnetic separating process to achieve a higher recovery rate or high concentrate grade, depends on the customers’ requirement.
