Mechanical grille bar screen is composed of main frame, driving device, tooth harrow and transmission chains.
It is installed at water inlet of secondary grill and other water intake units where no large particles are in water. It is also can be used for industrial and municipal sewage of industries such as paper mill, textile, leather, wine and sugar making, fishing etc.

Structures and Working Principles
Fine screen (Circulation Toothed Harrow Mud Cleaner) is equipped to the chain shaft according to certain rankings, which will form an enclosed circulating toothed harrow surface. the whole toothed harrow surface does the circulating exercise from top to bottom driven by the chain. the solid suspended matter intercepted on the toothed harrow will be picked up to the platform, and cleaned by turning the brush. then the goal of protecting the water pump and reducing subsequent work load will be reached.
