Description of ZLPG Pharmaceutical Grade Spray Drying Equipment :

ZLPG spray dryer is a dedicated drying equipment for processing Chinese traditional medicine which is with low fusion point and high sugar content. Technological conditions of the dryer could be determined according to the characteristics of raw material. This equipment is highly automated and is easy to be operated, which meets the standard of GMP(GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICE). The successful development of this equipment makes spray drying possible to be applied to the process of Chinese traditional medicine. The new technology effectively prevents products from adhering on the inner walls or re-absorbing moisture. ?Temperature of raw material droplets is low, which makes the equipment particularly suitable for processing heat-sensitive materials, and the original color and smell of raw material could be greatly maintained.

?In order to prevent products from adhering on the inner walls, ZLPG spray dryer is equipped with high pressure gas wiper, which could effectively avoid products adherence.

?Special cooling system is adopted to lower the temperature of the inner walls, so that products will not be scorched because of the adherence on the inner walls.
