Mini Car Cooler Box
Product Description
Our car insulation box is made of Vacuum Insulation Panels(vacuum insulation panels) and food grade PP materials. It is an environmentally friendly energy-saving and refrigerated dual-use box.
Top open design and special slotting technology to reduce the heat loss effectively. And its hot/cold insulation performance is much better than other conventional insulating containers. Because of itself doesn’t have the function of refrigeration or heating, so using frozen gel packs, can let the car insulating box become more powerful and practical.
Frozen insulation duration up to a few days. Additionally, thermometer or GPS tracking with LCD display can be installed on the boxes, to real-time monitoring of the temperature changes inside.

Structure
VIP Box is composed of Vacuum insulation panel (VIP), which is composed of core material, getter and the aluminum film.
BJS’s New Generation of Thermal Packaging Box
1.Structure:Double-sided PU foam covered VIP panel with black matted PP surface material.
2.Size can be customized.Insulation duration can up to 72~120 hours.
3.Features:based on splicing type Polyurethane Foam Composite Vacuum Insulation Panels insulation box, which has patent for invention.Using high resiliency PU foam with Vacuum Insulation Panels inside,increased the percentage of
Vacuum Insulation Panels and also reduced the thermal bridge effect of the insulation box.Excellent insulation properties and detachable structure,facilitating re-using and maintenance.

2.What is your MOQ and packing way?
MOQ: For existing models, MOQ is 100pcs per size, if new developed items, it depends.
While the more quantity you buy, the much cheaper price will be offered.
Packing: In bulk,Or in wooden box,or pallet as per requested
3.Can you make different type accordingly?
Sure we can make your type according to samples or any design. Price is the same for normal color and special color. That’s quite easy for us since we have excellent production team, we do not only manufacture, but also create.
4.Can you make customized logo printing?
No problem.
5.How long will it take to produce after the orders are placed.
Normally we can deliver the goods in 35 days after receiving your deposit.
6.Can you supply free samples?
Sample within 2pcs is free of charge, if more samples needed, it need to be paid
7.What is your payment term?
For first time we prefer T/T, at least 30% deposit once order confirmed, 70% balance before shipment
