GZP3030/2 is gantry movable CNC drilling & milling machine, with function of drilling, tapping and slight-milling, can clamp carbide drill inner-cooling or twist drill. Mainly used in the processing of flange, heat-exchanger, splice plates, steel plates etc.

Two drilling heads can work separately or simultaneously, the processing controlled by CNC, with high efficiency, precision, easy programming and operation. Machine is suitbale for mass production of various workpieces.

This equipment includes main bed and longitudinal sliding stable gantry, transverse sliding table, the vertical ram drilling power head, working table, chip conveyor, hydraulic system, cooling system, centralized lubrication system, electrical system, pneumatic system and other components.

The dominant feature of machine: Machine frame and worktable is separated structure, this can absorb vibration force during high speed processing. This advantage can guarantee more stable machine running, drilling stability and higher drilling precision.

The transverse (Y axis ) movement of drilling power head is guided by two sets of NO. 65 highprecision linear guide pair installed in front of gantry beam, separately driven through synchronous belt (i=2) and precision coarse pitch roller screw pair, which is driven by AC servo motor, ensure working high precision.
