Multiaxial Fabric

1.Product Description

Fiberglass multi-axial fabric is made of fiberglass direct roving parallel aligned in 0°,90°,+45°and -45° directions (also could be in any one or several of these directions,one direction one layer),then stitch together with or without a layer of evenly distributed chopped fiber. Each fabric was given a certain weight percentage distribution to meet the demands of the marketed product.

Suitable for unsaturated polyester resin,vinyl ester resin,epoxy resin and phenolic resin system etc. Extensively used in GRP pultrusion process,hand lay-up process, infusion process and RTM process etc. Applying for blades of wind power turbines, boat manufacturing and sports devices.

The area weight ranges from 400g/m2 to 1500g/m2, the width is from 20mm-2400mm.
