Detachable/Non-removable Stainless Steel Soft Water Plate Heat Exchangers

Spiral-plate heat exchanger is a type of high-efficiency heat exchange equipment applicable to steam-steam, steam-liquid and liquid-liquid heat transfer, and heat transfer in liquid, which is used in chemical, petroleum, solvent, pharmaceutical, food, light industry, textile, metallurgical, steel rolling, coking and other industries. It is classified into non-detachable (type I) and detachable (type II, type III) spiral-plate heat exchangers by structure.

Structure and characteristics:

1. Type I non-detachable spiral-plate heat exchanger is designed with welded seal on the end face of spiral channels, showing high tightness.

2. Type II detachable spiral-plate heat exchanger is designed in basically same structure principle with that of non-detachable type, but one of its channels can be detached for cleaning, thus suitable for heat transfer of viscous and sedimentary liquid.

3. Type III detachable spiral-plate heat exchanger is designed in basically same structure principle with that of non-detachable type, but both of its channels can be detached for cleaning, thus widely used.
