Cylindrical Roller Bearings N 0000/NU 0000/NJ 0000design series:

N design The inner ring has two integral flanges and the outer ring is without flanges. Axial displacement of the shaft with respect to the housing can be accommodated in both directions within the bearing itself. The bearings are therefore used as non-locating bearings.

NU design The outer ring of bearings of the NU design has two integral flanges and the innerring is without flanges. Axial displacement of the shaft with respect to the housing can be accommodated in both directions within the bearing itself.

NJ design The outer ring has two integral flanges and the inner ring one integral flange. The bearings are therefore suitable for the axial location of a shaft in one direction.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings are widely used in metallurgy,mining,petroleum,paper making,construction and other large mechanical equipment. Cylindrical roller bearing is mainly used for medium and large motors, generators, internal combustion engines, gas turbines, machine tool spindles, deceleration devices, and material handling machinery and various types of industrial machinery.

Users' manul

1.The bearing should be stored in the enviroment of dry;clean;ventilation and also the enviroment should without causticity gas.The relative humidity in the warehouse should not exceed 60%,longer stored bearings have to be antirust in periodic(this period can't exceed one year).

2.When the user install the bearings,they can't use hard tool knock the bearing directly,especially the pressure can't transit to the rolling element.The user should use uniformity assistant tools to install the bearings.When the interference is bigger,the user have to put the bearing into mineral oil and heat the bearing to 90°C-100°C and than install the bearing at once.

3.If there is already dedicated grease in the clutch bearing or any sealed bearing,the user doesn't have to clear the bearings when installation;you must have not to cook the bearing with oil or heat the bearings with any other method.

4.When the bearing is in using,you have to keep the bearing in good lubricity;keep the bearing
away from dust with its seal.You have to always checking the bearing's function when it is in working.

5.The user have to attent the above directions,or any uncorrectable using way will effect the lifetime of the bearing.
