MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS:

Place half a cup of water inside microwave. Place the inner microwaveable pillow onto a non-metallic plate and place inside microwave oven. Make sure the turntable is clean and free of grease or anything which could cause burning. Make sure the turntable is able to rotate freely. Fold over the inner microwaveable pillow once if does not sit flat on the turntable. Heat the inner the inner microwaveable pillow must be re-inserted in the outer cover after heating before use. In the event of overheating, allow to return to room temperature and inspect all seams and condition of the inner microwaveable pillow. Do not use if damaged.

CAUTION:

This product can cause burns, avoid prolonged direct contact with skin. Take care when removing from the microwave oven as the product may be hot. Do not ingest contents. For microwave use only. Inspect the inner microwaveable pillow at regular intervals and discard if found worn or damaged. Do not heat the external knitted cover. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant. Not suitable for children under moths due to the risk of over heating. Not suitable for persons sensitive to heat. Allow to cool to room temperature before re-heating.

MICROWAVE HEATING TIMES:

700 WATTS: 2 minutes

850-1000WATTS: 1minutes

Never heat the inner pillow for more than 2 minutes at a time.

Flip the insert around at the half way point.
