About The Wireless IP Camera Setup:

 

1.The WIFI camera requires a 2.4 Ghz wireless router connection with its own SSID. The IP camera will not work on a 5 Ghz wireless standard . If you have a dual-band router, Make sure that segregates your wireless channels and connect the camera to the 2.4ghz channel.

2.When you configure the Wifi setup, please download the App from the appstore and enter the camera ID and password manually to access the camera.
