Question:

Can the reel pole be installed on the left?

Answer:

hmmmm. you might be able to switch it, really not sure though and i am sure it would void the warranty.

Question:

Can I hang on my over hang fashia board?

Answer:

You will need to locate the studs behind the fashia board. That is so you can use lag bolts to anchor the awning. Measure distance between to two mounting brackets. You only have a small range of adjustment with these brackets. I would not lag bolt into the fashia board it is most likely only 3/4 pine.

Question:

Above my patio doors is vinyl siding, can it be bolted straight thru the siding and all?

Answer:

The bolts that came with mine were intended for cement I used them and the awning and a piece of cedar broke of my house I got a friend that has carpentry skills and he put it up with I believe 5/16 x 5" bolts and I have not had one problem ,when it rains or windy I roll it in .
This awning comes with attachment bracke…

It says length is 98? Is that front to back or side to side

Side to side.
