Product Description of Pulp Juice 4in1 Bottle Filling Machine

Pulp Juice 4in1 Bottle Filling Machine RFC-H Series is is used for rinsing, pulp filling, juice filling and capping 4 processes. It is mainly used for filling pulp juice, kinds of tea, juice. And it can also be used for mineral water, pure water drink filling if needed.


Working Process of Pulp Juice Filling Machine

The machine integrates washing, particle filling, liquid filling, capping together. 

This machine has washing,filling,capping three functions in one body,total process is automatic.Bottles are transferred to filling machine through poking bottle star-wheel.  The bottle is hold by neck holding plate after it is in the filling machine. The filling valve ascends and descends by the action of cam. It applies pressure filling method. When filling valve descends and touches bottle jack, it opens and finishes the filling course, when finished, the filling valve ascends and leaves the bottle while the bottle is transferred into capping machine through transition star-wheel that clamps bottle neck.
