Product use: this photo shop exclusive hot melt Adhesive used for a plain paper cover page inside binding edge and side rubber.

Product features: has good liquidity, high bonding strength, not drawing.

Softening point (ring method): 72 ± 2 ºc

Opening hours: 10-15 seconds

Curing time: 15-20 seconds

Viscosity: 2500 ± 500CPs/165 º c

Operation temperature: 150-170 c

Packing: 25KG/bags, paper-plastic composite bag.

Storage: store in ventilated, cool, dry place.

Shelf life: 18 months

Note: close to the machine, wear working clothes and protective glasses; more than 2 hours to stop production, adjusting the melt temperature to below 120 ºc, or turn off the heating equipment regular cleaning of heating equipment, maintain accuracy of temperature control instrument.
