Pneumatic packer is a type of Friction welding machine, the overlapping of Thermo-plastic packing tape the heat generated by friction motion combined with, hence the term "Friction welding". Piston under pressure of the compressed air cylinder, upper part of the piston and the vibrator is joined together and dowel pins, vibrators overlaps part of the press pack. Vibrators are built in an oval-shaped hole, the hole connected to the eccentric shaft with pneumatic motor, pneumatic motor high speed turns, which makes Shaker rapid movement.
