Polyester Reinforced PVC Sheet

Dayu Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) waterproof membrane ( polyvinyl chloride plastic waterproofing sheets backed with fabric ) is manufactured from pliable PVC with a reinforcement of non-woven polyester as packing or a polyester fiber as middle reinforcement layer.

The PVC contains stabilizers, which make the product resistant to high or low temperature deformation, UV-resistant and flame retardant.

Where to use

All kinds of roofs, such as steel structure roof, planted roof etc.
Underground engineering, such as building basement, subways, tunnels, air raid shelter, etc.
Other projects like artificial lake, dam, water reservoir, grain storehouse, etc.

Cautions

Do not put the membrane on a pollution, water and ice ground.
Construction of waterproof layer operations can't be crossed, device shall be installed on the waterproof layer, parts should be done to strengthen the basis of device and to take protective measures.
Do not touch the waterproof layer with thorn sharp objects after it's has been completed, don't put sundries or any additional buildings above the waterproof layer to avoid damaging it.

Storage

Different types and specifications of the products should be stacked respectively. Pay attention to ventilation. Storage temperature should not be higher than 45?, flat storage stack height no more than five layer, put single pile vertical, keep product away from acid, alkali, oil, organic solvent, etc.
Transportation to prevent tilt or lateral pressure, cover with cloth if necessary.
Under the condition of normal storage & transportation, storage period is one year.
