Polymerizing-Kettle also known as polymerization is used in the manufacture of organic polymer spheres, main equipment preparation of polymers. Generally vertical cylindrical autoclave, with jacket, for steaming or cold water for heating or cooling. Used in emulsion polymerization, stainless steel in the horizontal oar type stirrer from the motor through gear reducer. Reactor outer wall usually made of carbon steel, lined with stainless steel, lined with enamel. Polymerization kettle in batch production, or a kettle series continuous production. Polymerization reaction consists of an upper part of the lower part of the reactor into the next pot
