Portable Tig Welder Maintenance Methods


The power switch indicator light is on, and the fan does not turn or turn to stop several times, without welding output

 

1) input may be wrong on the 380V power supply, resulting in over-voltage protection circuit start, change to the 220V power, restart it

 

2) 220V power instability (input line or too long) or input lines overlap in the grid, resulting in an overvoltage protection circuit starting. Increasing the input line grid line diameter or fastening input line node, this phenomenon in the off 2-3 minutes after the restart recovery

 

3) continuous open and close power switch in a short time, cause over-voltage protection circuit start, shutdown, wait 2-3 minutes to restart

 

4) the wires between the switches to the power board are loosened and re tightened

 

5) the main circuit of the power board, 24V relay is not attracted or damaged, check the 24V power box, relay, such as damage to the relay, the model can be replaced by other electrical equipment
