This Hydraulic Bulk Cargo Port unloading Railway Mobile Portal Crane, lift mechanism, slew mechanism,crane travel mechanism, spreader device (grab, container spreader, magnet and hook as your actual demand on crane), electrical equipment and other accessory equipments for safety.

1,The luffing mechanism has maximum and minimum amplitude limit device.Decelerate before amplitude reach maximum and minimum.And there is a light indication anf sound alam.When reach the limit position ,the amplitude will stop.Then the luffing mechanism can only working in the opposite direction.

2,Rotating drive device is consists of motor ,limit moment coupling,hard tooth vertical planetary gear reducer,mechanical hydraulic brake,handle brake,output shaft pinion.And rotating bearing device.The limit moment coupling can protect the motor and transmission parts when overload.

3,The electric design and selection of equipments should bring reliability and maintainability to consideration,and meet the requirement of humidity and climate.The indoor electric equipment should use damp-proof,dust-proof type,the outdoor one do the water-proof,damp-proof and dust-proof type.All the electric used should be fit to the crane and meet "IEC"standard,installation and inspection comply with China's related standard.

Environment of Full hydraulic bulk cargo port handling equipment railway mobile portal crane:

1.Power source is three-phase alternating current, rated frequency is 50hz,rated voltage is 380V

2.The temperature in the working environment should be in the scope of -20ºC -+45ºC and the relative humidity is no higher than 95%(with dew)

3.In-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 20m/s;And out of service wind speed should be (35-42)m/s

4.The installation of the crane rail should according with the requirement of Jt5022
