Yes, we guarantee all new products and parts to the first owner-operator to be free defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from B/L date, under normal use and service. The guarantee period for the above machines is twelve months from the date of putting into use, but not exceeds twenty-four months after the machines leaving seller's factory. It is not applicable for quick wear parts.

5. About the after-sale service, how can you solve the problems occurred of your overseas customer in time?

A:The warranty of our products are normally 12 months, during this period, we will arrange the international express immediately, to make sure the replace parts to be delivered as soon as possible.
