Product description:

Cylinder magnetic separator for powder material is ideal for the removal of fine tramp type contamination or ferrous particles from gravity and pneumatically conveyed pipelines. The unit is designed to prevent tramp iron from damaging expensive process machinery. It is available for powdery and flaky material, such as flour and bran.

Cylinder magnetic separator, also known as bullet magnetic separator or bullet magnets, while, SunMag has improved inside structure of magnets from a bullet into several magnetic filter bars, which we called discrete type and has got the patent. This new discrete design could remove ferrous particles or iron contaminations from the powdery materials maximumly than traditional bullet item, and much more convenient for cleaning. When cleaning, draw out the inside magnetic bars to the tooling rack, the ferrous particles on the surface of tube will fall down automatically, put the magnetic bars back into the tube after cleaning.
