Application:

Used in refrigerators,freezers,cold storage and other Polyurethane heat preservation,cold insulation material.

Feature:

SA-460:Good intermiscibility with physical foam-ing agents.Mixed with other rigid PPG in a variety of foaming system,especially fit for pentane foamingsystem.It can improve the compression strength and dimension stability.

SA-380:With moderate Functionality and viscosity.It is fit for various foaming system solely or with other rigid PPG.Balance between foam mobility and dimensional stability is favorable for Polyurethane heat preservation boards.

SA-380 and SA-460 belong to the same class of rigid PPG and fit for pentanes system.Low hydroxyl value and viscosity of SA-380 can improve material mobility.High hydroxyl value and viscosity of SA-460 can improve the compression strengthen and dimension stability.The mixed utilization of them will be better.

Used as heat preservation and cold insulation material in refrigerators,freezers,cold storage,and also used in rigid foam painting,etc.

Feature:

Has high activity and viscosity,fits with various foaming system,and needs to mix with common rigid PPG.Difficult to use solely due to high activity.High viscosity leads to difficult utilization in winter.
